Arrival:    Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment.  This will leave ample time to check-in and prepare you for your treatment. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Late Policy: If you arrive late you may loose some of your treatment time.  We will do everything we can to accommodate you but if we have a guest booked after you, we will have to end your treatment at your scheduled time.  

Cancellation Policy: As a courtesy, a minimum 24 hour notice is required for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A 48 hour notice is required for any Spa Package reservation, multiple services, or for parties of three or more.  All no-shows will be charged at full value. We do not provide refunds for cancelled appointments.  Same day cancellations will be charged at full value, however we will issue you a credit to be redeemed at a future date.  All spa reservation charges, service sales, retail sales and gift certificate sales are final, with no refunds. If appointment made to redeem your spa gift certificate is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, we will be unable to redeem your certificate.

Gratuity: We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most qualified spa professionals in the industry. Our recommended standard gratuity for spa treatments is 18%-20%. Gratuity to therapist can be in cash or personal check. Credit Cards are not taken for gratuities at the spa. 18% gratuities will be included in when  3 or more treatments are booked.

Health Problems:  Please notify our spa attendants if you have high blood pressure, health issues, allergies or if you are taking any medication when scheduling your appointment.  Please advise of other physical challenges you may have or if you are pregnant.  NO Pre-Natal massage will be done while in the first trimester.

Guest Under 18:  Spa guest under 18 years of age must be accompanied by and adult.  We are unable to provide services to guest under the age of 12.

Quiet Environment: As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and pagers must be turn off before entering the building.

Gift Certificates:  are available for services only and not redeemable if lost or stolen and are non-transferable. An appointment using your gift certificate, can only be made by providing the gift certificate number when making your reservation. Gift certificates for spa packages can only be redeemed for the treatments in the specified spa package, no substitutions. If appointment made to redeem your spa gift certificate is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance, we will be unable to redeem your certificate.
